Terry Roche
Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer
A visionary and transformative senior executive in both banks and data technology providers. Terry has a proven track record of anticipating industry trends and translating them into groundbreaking solutions.
While at Reuters/Thomson Reuters he created a new modernized model of global enterprise data sourcing and distribution through delivery of next generation technology and was the first to deliver real-time enterprise cloud data services.
Prior to Reuters, Terry was Senior Manager, Global Head of Market Data and Middleware at HSBC, based in London, where he unified, rebuilt, and enhanced HSBC’s market data, reference data and associated platform and data messaging technologies, obtaining material performance and efficiency gains. Terry was also Chief Operating Officer at NYSE Technologies where he restructured the group bringing significant operational efficiencies. Prior to MarketsIO Terry created and led FinTech research and consulting at TABB Group.
Terry collaborates closely with his wife on their non-profit work in support foster families. He’s an avid golfer and cook, possesses a passion for motorsports, and is happiest spending time with his family and friends.
Robert Bonaguro

Trailblazing creator of digital data platforms for financial services. Complex challenges find their solutions within Bob’s domain. His architectural insights, deep experience, and problem solving empower us to deliver robust and forward-looking integrated solutions.
Bob is a dynamic, hands-on, technology executive who is globally recognized as the leading software architect and developer within enterprise data technologies in the financial services industry. Bob has held several senior technology positions at Thomson Reuters and Reuters over nearly three decades. During his career Bob created the first digital data platform, Triarch, and then architected and authored the near universally used enterprise software data platforms and services for financial services (Elektron, TREP, DACS, RMDS).
Bob is passionate about boating and spends his time on the water in the summer months. He and his family enjoy holidays spent at their Michigan lake house where the tranquil setting provides a welcome escape from fast-paced city living. Bob loves outdoor cooking, rock and country music, and spending time with his wife, two adult children, and two dogs.
Brian Stephens
Co-Founder and Chief Information Officer
Globally recognized technologist within the market data, middleware, and market access domains in financial services. As the driving force behind our product technological prowess, Brian combines a deep understanding of the financial services technology and data domains. With an eye on innovation, reliability, and scalability, Brian ensures our solutions not only meet but exceed industry standards.
Brian has driven innovative, transformative, solutions that have created significant operational efficiencies across the trading and middle office domains. Former Head of Market Access and Middleware Technology at NatWest Markets. Brian created and delivered a next generation suite of APIs and market gateway solutions that provided agility and material cost reduction through abstraction of platforms, data, and symbology/data model standardization. Over the past 15 years Brian has consistently delivered sustainable cost savings and operational efficiencies across Market Data and Market Access.
Brian is an avid sports fan with keen interests in cricket, football, golf, basketball, and sport in general. He is passionate about providing an alternate career pathway into Market Data and Trading technology for school leavers in the UK.
Tito Singh
Chief Customer Officer
Tito has dedicated more than 25+ years of his career to technology and financial services where he held significant leadership positions overseeing high-performing sales organizations through critical transformation and new business channel development. Most recently, he was the Chief Revenue Officer, InvestCloud Financial Supermarkets (formerly Tegra118) where he led the global sales organization and focus on advancing the company’s growth vision, including opportunities for expansion into new wealth management solutions and financial services segments.
He joined Tegra118 from S&P CRISIL, a leading analytics provider to the financial services industry where he was the Global Head of Sales. Prior to that, he spent 25 years in several sales and leadership roles at Refinitiv, formerly Thomson Reuters. His last position was Head of Financial & Risk Solution Sales, leading the solutions sales team for the Americas with responsibility for its go-to-market sales strategy, market development, and operations functions.
Tito’s reputation as a trusted industry expert and partner to executives from some of the highest performing firms in the financial services industry, whose signature annual symposium, DFSS, attracted the Who’s Who of the Digital Financial Services marketplace in the Americas.
A passionate advocate for Women in workforce and in sales, Tito has always believed in leading with diversity, and not just including it. He was a member of the Senior Advisory Council of Women @Thomson Reuters, supporter of Women in Finance initiative at the Security Traders Association (STA) and a mentor to women, both within the firm and outside. In 2018, he was the recipient of the STA’s Ken Heath Award for promoting the career of women in financial services.
